Individual Therapy
I see adults, adolescents and children in individual therapy. You may seek therapy for specific reasons, or have troubling emotions that are confusing. Successful therapy relies on having your feelings understood and establishing a meaningful, collaborative connection with your therapist.
Individual therapy can help you or your child with:
· relationship problems at home or work
· grief, loss or depression
· sadness, anger, irritability, fear or anxiety without apparent cause
· lack of pleasure from or interest in your usual activities or relationships
· chronic illness
· concern or dissatisfaction over the direction of your life
